As seen from the courtyard ....the steps up to our apartment are on the left behind the vines. At the top you find a small hallway, and aparrtment to the left and one to the right. Ours is to the right and consists of a large living room with fireplace and windows open both the the courtyard and the vast VAST lawn on the other side, the country kitchen above and a grand bedroom again with the windows that open to pure beauty and birdsong. Alas, i simply cannot show you the valley below. Everyone here talks about the impossibility of photographing it because it is so grand and all encomposing. A point and shoot cannot do it. We are here another week and I will keep trying.
