meet the victorious Team Windmullers

Here's the team right after Lauren, second from right on the front row, and Ariel, thrid from right on the back row, finished the Big Sur Marathon. All team members are here with the exception of Heather who will be pictured later. Just wanted to get this out now. There is so much to report but with less than 40 hours until I leave for Bhutan and much effort to put into packing practically nothing because of the extremely strict restrictions of Druk Royal Air, I have to say now: MORE LATER.

Oh, the fence is separating those who have just finished the race from those who had done so earlier. Lauren had just finished and her aunt, cousin and I had run the last little bit with her putting ourselves on this side of the fence....if you follow.

Anyway, HOORAY for Team Windmullers who, with the combined efforts of the two runners who conquered 26 miles each, totaled 100 miles of marathon effort in addition to raising close to $50,000 for the MPD Foundation shose efforts are so close to our hearts.
