There are weddings everywhere. At the time of this one, there was another at the other end of the beach about to begin. Two more couples followed the one pictured here.
Most of the weddings I saw were conducted by a Hawaiian officiant bearing white lais and wearing the spiked palm headdress.

The headdress seems to be quite popular.
