Bhutan - National Dress

A notable feature of the below mentioned gho is the detachable white cuffs. During my stay, I marveled at the fact that the white cuffs always appeared to be sparkling clean. Remembering my days of living in NYC and how, there, dirt seemed to visibly fly to anything white, particularly collars and cuffs, I could only attribute these bright, white, clean cuffs to the pristine air of this country. That, and what must surely be a large collection of cuffs in the wardrobe of most Bhutanese men.
