And of course this time is VERY MUCH ABOUT FOOD and, I must say, wonderfully good food.

Our habit has been, because the roads are not lit and a tad perilous at night, to eat lunch out and supper in. These lunches generally have not gone further afield than one place in a tiny walled city close by. The place, La Porta in Monteciello,, has become our "Cheers". Above Tom takes a picture of the dessert he ordered on the day he found a bit of space left for said same.
