The village markets

We have become really fond of going to the village markets. In addition to meats and fish and cheese there are flowers and tableclothes, kitchen wares, underwear...tutti ( everything!)

Check out the knife of the fellow slicing tachinno. We bought two slices for our supper without the slightest idea of what it was. With the vendor and several customers trying to help us by flapping their wings and saying "groso" ( large) we SHOULD have figured it out.
