COUNTING and countdown

leaving chiswick on weds.

i have a photographer friend who has lots and lots of grandkids. he lives in the same town as all of them and, while he takes lots and lots of pictures of his young uns, i am never bored by seeing them. feel like i have gotten to know a number of these children since birth even though i have never met any in person.

this time here has been my indulgence in grandkid love. sure hope i have more to add tomorrow and plan on having many many more when i come back in the fall.

Sunday in the park with.....

we had Sunday off from our baby sitting duties so popped over to the Queen's weekend digs, Windsor Castle.

Two important facts about Windsor Castle-

- it has been the home of England's royalty for 900 yrs

- it has it's own royal ice cream truck.
